The Airbus Helicopters EC120B, later marketed as the H120, is a light single-engine helicopter designed for passenger transport, training and other utility missions. In a standard single-pilot layout it carries up to four passengers, with wide windows, energy-absorbing seats and a Fenestron shrouded tail rotor that helps reduce external noise. Manufacturer data for the type gives a fast cruise speed of about 120 knots and a maximum range of about 383 nautical miles without reserve. Actual charter range and payload depend on weather, fuel, passenger weight, baggage and operating conditions.
