The total cost of a private jet charter depends on the aircraft, flight time, positioning, airport and handling fees and taxes. You pay for the whole aircraft and itinerary, and every quotation sets out the total charter price, with clear inclusions, exclusions and any variable charges.
| What you pay for | The whole aircraft and crew for your itinerary |
|---|---|
| Clear inclusions in every quote | The total charter price, what is included and excluded, and any variable charges |
| Can add to the total | Extra stops, waiting time, operator minimum charges, overnight costs and extra catering |
| How to get a price | Pedir orçamento with your route, dates, passengers and baggage |

A quote is a price for a named aircraft and itinerary. It should state the route, travel dates, passenger capacity and the services included, with any exclusions or conditions.
Treat an hourly rate or online estimate as a starting point and ask for a written quote based on current operator availability. Compare the total price of each option. A lower hourly rate does not always mean a lower total.
Larger jets carry more passengers further and cost more per flight hour. Our aircraft guide sets out the seats and range of each size of jet. Range depends on the aircraft model, passenger load and operating conditions.
An hourly rate alone does not give the cost of a trip, because positioning, fees and taxes come on top. Ask for a quote for the whole journey.

Send your route, dates and passenger numbers and we will reply with aircraft options and a total charter quotation that sets out what is included and any variable charges.

These are the main costs to compare between quotes:
If your dates are flexible, ask about empty-leg flights.

There should not be. Every quotation from us sets out the total charter price, with clear inclusions, exclusions and any variable charges, before you fly. If weather or air traffic control means a change of plan, we keep you informed and discuss alternatives where practical. Decisions concerning the safe operation of the flight remain with the operating carrier and captain.
Group charters are priced the same way, for the whole aircraft and itinerary. See Voos voo charter para grupos.
Each charter is quoted for the aircraft and itinerary, and there is no single price for every journey, because the route, dates, aircraft, passengers and baggage decide which options suit.
The hourly rate rises with the size of the jet, from very light jets to ultra-long-range jets. Some operators apply a minimum charge, so a short flight can cost more than the hourly rate suggests.
A dedicated private charter is normally quoted for the aircraft and itinerary. The approved seating capacity limits how many people can travel. Sharing the trip cost between passengers is a budgeting calculation, and the price does not usually fall in direct proportion if fewer people travel.
The aircraft may need to fly to your departure airport or move elsewhere after dropping you off. Those movements can affect the price even though you are not on board. Your quote shows positioning as its own item, so you can see what it adds.
Compare the total price, the aircraft and cabin, the airports, baggage allowance, included services, cancellation terms and any variable charges. A lower hourly rate does not always mean a lower total. If your dates or nearby airports are flexible, say so when you ask, as that can bring in more options.
